Trend has been producing curved glass for over a decade and
has developed an almost unrivalled expertise in producing complex single and
double curved shapes for marine applications. Curved glass is produced using
press tooling, which the Company has developed and manufactured in-house. The
Company has an extensive range of existing tools and can also produce custom
tooling to suit a designer’s exact requirements.
Complex curved shapes require a checking fixture that verifies
the accuracy of the glass during manufacture. Please contact the Product Engineering
Team as early as possible to establish the best method of production.
